2nd Gun Season is still Shotgun, Muzzleloader or Pistol! At this point in the season the main rut is over, however any doe that was unsuccessfully bred will come back into heat. Also around this timing of the year, the doe fawns will start coming into their first estrus cycle! Most bucks are now depleted from a hard rut and are hammering our food sources! When its warm we sit on green, when its cold we sit on grain and often in box blinds!
