Opening week gets you a first crack at our bucks! While the temperatures are normally hotter (60-80 degrees), the bucks are still pattern-able on our green food sources such as Clover, Alfalfa, Turnips, Radishes, Brassicas, Collard Greens, Trophy Rape, Triticale, Oats, Rye, and Soybeans that are still green! At this point in the season we only hunt afternoons, going in around 11/12 because the bucks feed all afternoon through the evening and bed up in the morning!
